Caribbean Cocktail Sausages
A perennial party favorite, cocktail sausages become extra special with a jerk-seasoned pineapple glaze. Make them as hot (or not) as you like with bottled hot pepper sauce.

- Slow Cook: 4 hrs (low) or 2 hours (high)
- In a 3-1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker combine wieners, preserves, lime peel, lime juice, jerk seasoning, ginger, garlic, and hot pepper sauce.
- Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 4 hours or on high-heat setting for 2 hours. Serve immediately or keep warm, covered, on warm setting or low-heat setting for up to 2 hours. Serve with decorative toothpicks. If desired, garnish with key lime wedges.
Prepare as directed, except use one 16-ounce package cocktail sausages and a 1-1/2-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 4 hours. Makes 12 servings
