Ingredients

Fresh rosemary sprigs
Light-colored corn syrup
Coarse white sugar
Whole fresh cranberries, frozen

Directions

1. For mock evergreens, lightly brush fresh rosemary sprigs with corn syrup, then sprinkle with coarse white sugar.

2. Freeze whole fresh cranberries. Roll them in coarse white sugar and arrange, still frozen, on the dessert. The berries develop a frosty look as they thaw.
