In an extra-large skillet, cook broccoli and garlic in hot oil over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in undrained clams and butter. Cook over medium heat until butter is melted.
Stir in wine, crushed red pepper, and black pepper. Bring just to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 2 minutes or until slightly reduced.
Serve broccoli mixture over hot cooked pasta. Sprinkle with cheese.
