Blackberry-Ginger Refrigerator Oatmeal
- In a medium bowl combine yogurt, oats, milk, the 1/2 cup blackberries, the peach preserves, chia seeds (if desired), and ginger.
- Transfer mixture to a pint jar with a lid or two half-pint jars with lids. Cover and chill overnight or up to 3 days.
- To serve, spoon oatmeal into a cereal bowl(s). Top with additional blackberries and/or almonds.

Easy to make and is so nice to have it waiting for me in the morning. Refreshing and filling
