Creamy Meatball Casserole
Ingredients
  • 1
    10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup or cream of onion soup
  • 1
    cup milk
  • 1/2
    cup sour cream
  • 1/2
    teaspoon salt
  • 1/8
    teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1
    20 ounce package refrigerated red-skinned potato wedges
  • 1
    16 ounce package (32) frozen cooked meatballs
  • 1
    16 ounce package frozen stir-fry vegetables (any combination)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in potatoes, meatballs, and frozen vegetables.

2. Transfer mixture to an ungreased 3-quart rectangular baking dish. Bake, covered, about 1 hour or until heated through. Makes 6 servings.

I make my own "cream of whatever" soups, then I can control what is in them. Google recipes. I found one that I can use for chicken, mushroom, whatever. That is what I'll use for this recipe after reading the reviews.
