Creamy Meatball Casserole
10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup or cream of onion soup
cup sour cream
teaspoon ground black pepper
20 ounce package refrigerated red-skinned potato wedges
16 ounce package (32) frozen cooked meatballs
16 ounce package frozen stir-fry vegetables (any combination)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in potatoes, meatballs, and frozen vegetables.
- Transfer mixture to an ungreased 3-quart rectangular baking dish. Bake, covered, about 1 hour or until heated through. Makes 6 servings.
