In a large mixing bowl combine cherries, beef, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. Divide into 8 portions; form into 3-1/2-inch patties.
In a small mixing bowl combine blue cheese and parsley. Place about 1 tablespoon in the center of four of the patties. Top each with another, pressing edges to seal.
Arrange medium-hot coals around drip pan. Place burgers on grill rack over drip pan. Cover and grill 20 to 24 minutes or until internal temperature of burger is 160 degrees F. (For a gas grill, preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium. Adjust heat for indirect cooking)
Remove burgers from grill. Serve burger in buns. Top with Cherry Ketchup, red onion slices, and lettuce leaves.
