Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup  whipping cream
  • 1 11 1/2ounce package milk chocolate pieces
Directions

1. In a small saucepan, bring whipping cream just to boiling over medium-high heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate pieces. Do not stir. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until smooth.
