Made these over the weekend. I used pecans and made on a smaller sheet. They were probably a little thicker and took a little longer to bake - but they were great!

I only had walnuts on hand but they were delicious. I can't eat cashews so that was fine with me. They were very tasty and easy to make.

Now these are so easy and taste great. I used cashews and toffee pieces. The dough is very stiff and a little hard to pat into the pan, but I dampened my hands and it was much easier. Next time I will put some of the toffee pcs. into the batter as there were too many on top. I might try the butterscotch chips as that sounds yummy. Sue from MN

I just made these about an hr ago-resisting urge to make myself sick on these going back for more! These are quick, easy, soft, chewy, buttery and yummy! First time, I make a recipe the way it is written, however, when I got ready to bake,I did not have enough of the milk chocolate toffee bits so I added enough butterscotch pieces to make up the amt.Don't know how much that changed it but the result is great. Also I used the suggested pecans since I had those on hand.
