Avocado Smoothie

Directions

  1. In a blender combine avocado, banana, orange juice, plain Greek yogurt, honey, grated fresh ginger, and a dash of salt, if desired.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth. Add 2 cups ice; blend until smooth.

Don't be afraid to try this! Avocado blends really well with many fruits. My favorites to toss in with the avocado are bananas, strawberries, and mangoes.
