Tangy Lemon-Caper Dip
8 ounce carton light sour cream
cup plain low-fat yogurt
tablespoon drained capers, finely chopped
teaspoons snipped fresh dill or thyme or 1/2 tsp. dried dill or dried thyme, crushed
Fresh dill or thyme (optional)
Assorted vegetable dippers
  1. In small bowl stir together sour cream, yogurt, capers, the 2 teaspoons snipped dill, and the 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel. To serve, top with additional lemon peel and additional fresh dill or thyme. Serve with vegetable dippers. Makes 1-1/2 cups (twelve 2-Tbsp. servings).
