Smoked Salmon with Lemon-Thyme Mayonnaise

8 ounce piece smoked salmon

tablespoon finely chopped red onion

tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained

lemon, cut into wedges
Directions
1. Stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing, sour cream, lemon peel, lemon juice, and thyme. Cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 6 hours.
2. To serve, place salmon on platter; sprinkle with red onion and capers. Serve with sauce and lemon wedges. Makes 8 servings.
