Smoked Salmon Platter

    3 ounce package smoked salmon (lox-style)

  • Dill sprigs
  • Lemon slices
Directions

Place guacamole and sour cream in shallow dishes. Arrange on a serving platter with salmon, crackers, and cucumber slices. Cover and chill up to 2 hours before serving. Garnish with dill sprigs and lemon slices, if desired. Makes 50 appetizers.
