Roasted Red Pepper Butter
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup  softened butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup  drained and chopped, bottled roasted red sweet peppers
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon  bottled minced garlic
Directions

1. In a small mixing bowl beat butter, peppers, and garlic with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Cover and chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors. To serve, let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes or until soft enough to spread. Stir before serving.
