Pretzel Party Mix
Ingredients
- 6 cups baked cheddar cheese crackers
- 1 9 ounce package bite-size square pretzel snaps (5 cups)
- 1 12 ounce can peanuts
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons dried Italian seasoning, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. In a roasting pan, combine crackers, pretzels, and peanuts. In a bowl, stir together melted butter, Italian seasoning, pepper, and garlic; drizzle over cracker mixture. Stir to evenly coat.
2. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread snack mix on large sheet of foil to cool.
