Pigs-in-a-Blanket with a Twist

frozen puff pastry, thawed and cut into 3/4-inch-wide strips
- Cut a spicy, precooked sausage, such as andouille, into bite-size pieces. Wrap in strips thawed puff pastry.
- Bake in a preheated 425 degrees F oven 12 to 14 minutes until golden.
- Serve with a creamy dipping sauce of mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped garlic, and ground cumin.
