1. Cut a spicy, precooked sausage, such as andouille, into bite-size pieces. Wrap in strips thawed puff pastry.
2. Bake in a preheated 425 degrees F oven 12 to 14 minutes until golden.
3. Serve with a creamy dipping sauce of mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped garlic, and ground cumin.
