Herbed Mixed Nuts
Ingredients

tablespoon canola oil or olive oil

tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

teaspoons dried basil and/or oregano, crushed

teaspoon garlic salt

cups walnuts, soy nuts, and/or almonds

tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine oil, Worcestershire sauce, herb, and garlic salt. Add nuts; stir to coat.
2. Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil; spread nuts in pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; stir to coat. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring twice; cool. Cover tightly; store up for to 1 week.
