Herbed Feta Cheese Spread

ounce feta cheese, crumbled

ounce reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel), softened

tablespoon milk

small clove garlic, minced

teaspoon dried Italian seasoning, crushed

Fresh thyme (optional)

medium red or green sweet pepper(s), cut into strips

medium carrot(s), cut into strips
Directions
1. In a small bowl combine feta cheese, cream cheese, milk, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir until nearly smooth (mixture will thicken as it is stirred).
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to serve. If desired, garnish with fresh thyme. Serve the spread with sweet pepper and carrot strips. Makes 2 servings.
