Gingered Salt With Cukes and Radishes
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coarse-grained sea salt or kosher salt
- 1 - 2 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger
- Baby cucumbers, halved lengthwise, or medium cucumbers, halved crosswise and cut lengthwise into wedges, peeled if desired
- Radishes
Directions
1. In a small screw-top jar combine salt and ginger. Screw on the lid. Shake well to combine. Let stand for 24 hours or up to 1 month. Serve salt with cucumbers and radishes.
