Gingered Salt With Cukes and Radishes

Baby cucumbers, halved lengthwise, or medium cucumbers, halved crosswise and cut lengthwise into wedges, peeled if desired

Directions
In a small screw-top jar combine salt and ginger. Screw on the lid. Shake well to combine. Let stand for 24 hours or up to 1 month. Serve salt with cucumbers and radishes.
