teaspoons olive oil
teaspoon balsamic vinegar
teaspoon black pepper
slices whole grain baguette, toasted
- In medium bowl combine tomatoes, cheese, red onion, basil, oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 24 hours.
- To serve, spoon tomato mixture onto toasted baguette slices. Makes 4 servings.
