Antioxidant Power Smoothies

Ingredients

cup fresh blueberries

cup fresh blackberries
1
6 ounce carton blueberry fat-free yogurt
1/2
cup pomegranate juice
1
tablespoon honey
 
Fresh blueberries and/or blackberries (optional)

Directions

  1. In a blender combine the 1 cup blueberries, the 1 cup blackberries, the yogurt, pomegranate juice, and honey. Cover and blend until almost smooth. If desired, press mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove blackberry seeds. Serve immediately. If desired, garnish with additional berries.
