This is my finance's first home. Robert purchased this small beach home at only 24. I am extremely proud of the work he has done to afford his own home. However, that's where the fun stops! This home is very small - very. And the layout is simple, an open room design. This makes it incredibly hard for us to use it to its fullest - the size is so small and the open design baffles us. This photo shows the open room design - what is seen is the dining area by the windows, the kichen hidden behind the wall, and the rest of the open floor space is designated for the living/entertainment area.
