This bathroom has such potential due to the size. However, it’s hard to relaxed when stepping onto the black grout lines & washing at the aged yellow countertop. |

The nice tiels make them look cheap I would also use a different color grout on the floor tiles. I would replace the counter with tiles, remove the wallpaper, add a wood look cabinet, and paint the walls something very soft and comforting.
