When our youngest daughter married, my husband said I could have her bedroom for a sewing/craft room. He went right to work and laid wood floors, created an L Shaped work area for my machines, redesigned the closet to hold all my material and hung wall items after I painted. It was the one project that he finished quickly. Now I know there was a method to his madness as I spend almost every free hour I can in this room...sewing...crafting, etc. I have a tv, phone and am looking for a relaxing chair to sit and do my hand stitching.
