I have an antique bird cage that I converted to a card box for our wedding and didn't have the heart to get rid of it, even after 13 years, so I am thrilled to see this idea. Now I can organize my entrance for incoming/outgoing mail and the odds and ends that inevitably pile up by our front door. Thank you so much for rescuing my antique family memento!
 

I love transforming flea market finds into handy storage solutions like this bird cage.
