For a fun and feminine place setting, use decorative scrapbook paper in your theme's colors as place mats. Mix things up by alternating two or three patterns. To create the napkin rings, cut 1-1/2-inch-tall strips of your patterned paper, secure them around your napkins, and top it off with a themed sticker that matches your design. Finish the setting by embellishing the base of regular or plastic utensils with adhesive rhinestones.
Set small, tight bunches of flowers or a single oversize bloom such as the hydrangea on either side of your main centerpiece to help fill the table. Wrap the vase with decorative paper that coordinates with your place settings or embellish contemporary vases with rhinestone words such as "precious," "baby boy," or "baby girl."
Offer guests fun, themed party favors such as shimmery lip glosses and rhinestone-embellished favor tins filled with candy.
Leave guests messages in cute little frames. Simple wooden frames like this white one are inexpensive ways to give your table setting or gift table a little accessorizing fun.
Fill a jar with acrylic diamond vase gems and have guests try to guess the amount of bling in the jar. Whoever guesses closest to the correct number wins a fun themed prize -- such as shimmery body lotion, an oversize diamond-shape crystal paperweight, or a rhinestone-studded compact.
Mints are a great party favor after any brunch or dinner party. Keeping with the theme, tic tacs were placed in tiny tin cases, which were embellished with sticky rhinestones.

it is for a shower im guessing they would be smart and not use it for real!!!
