Grand Prize Winner: After

Erin McIntyre, Kentucky

After five years of renovating a house in the city, the McIntyres had an urge to move to the country. Erin and her husband found a house they hated on 11 acres of land they loved. It took two years to turn this country house into their dream home. The living room became the kitchen and dining room (shown). They added a family room to the first floor and extended the second floor to include an office and bedroom. Now they have three bedrooms upstairs, which is perfect for the triplets (two boys and a girl) who were born during the renovation.
