Every time you dim your lights you save energy. We have dimmers that work with all types of light bulbs, from incandescents and halogens to dimmable compact fluorescents (CFLs) and LEDs. And our dimmers are available in a wide variety of colors and styles, to match any décor.

Light Control--Dimming CFLs & LEDs
CFLs and LEDs already use less energy than standard bulbs, so dimming these highly efficient bulbs saves additional energy. We manufacture dimmers designed for use specifically for dimmable CFLs and LEDs. Called CLTM dimmers, they help alleviate common problems that come from controlling CFLs and LEDs with a standard dimmer. CL dimmers also work with incandescent and halogen bulbs.

Occupancy/Vacancy sensors turn lights on automatically when you walk into a room and turn them off when you leave a room. An occupancy sensor is ideal for rooms where lights are often inadvertently left on, such as a bathroom or a child's room -- or for rooms that you often enter with your hands full, such as a laundry room. Daylight sensors work in conjunction with dimmers or switches to adjust the amount of electric light in a room based on the amount of daylight available.

Setting the Mood for a Better Life
Saving energy isn't the only benefit to dimming your lights. Dimming allows you to create a range of light levels, which increases safety and security and enhances ambiance.

Control for security and safety
Add light control to a front entry and you'll never have to walk into a dark home. With a wireless control you can turn on your lights from the comfort of your car -- no more fumbling in the dark to get your house key in the lock. Being able to turn your entryway lights onto a dim setting also creates soft light, so you'll always have a warm welcome home

Control in your kitchen
Light control brings a new level of versatility to a kitchen. Brighten lights for preparing meals and cleaning up, dim lights for dining, entertaining friends, or catching up with your family over an evening snack -- then turn lights off completely before settling down for the night.
