For fun, how about sewing real
buttons over the patterned ones?

Use die-cut motifs in your title. Two hearts read as letter As, even though the similarity in shape is minimal. Mirror the country-at-heart style in the background papers and the texture of a raffia bow.

  • Berry Patch heart die-cuts
  • Scrap Pagerz 2-inch Serif lettering template
  • Brown decorating chalk
  • Natural raffia
  • PC Whimsey computer font
