Stitched Heart

For sewing-card appeal, stitch the
heart and trim with floss.

• White card stock
• Red embroidery floss
• Needle
• Black ZIG Writer

1. Fold a 5-1/2 x 8-1/2-inch red rectangle lengthwise. Trim 1/4 inch from each side of the card front. Thread a needle with embroidery floss and stitch the inner edges of the card. 2. Lightly draw a heart on a 2-3/4 x 3-inch white card-stock rectangle. Stitch around the heart. Tear the edges. Write a message below the heart. Adhere the piece to the card.
