  • Pink mulberry paper
  • Lake City Craft Company 1/8-inch quilling strips: medium pink and light pink parchment
  • Light pink fiber embellishment

  • Elmer's Craft Bond Paper Craft Glue Gel
  • Scissors

Instructions:

2. Remove the backing and glass from the frame. Trace and cut out the heart frame from pink mulberry paper. Glue it to the front side of the backing. 3. Tear or cut seventeen 6-inch light pink quilling-paper strips. Make one open heart scroll and glue it to the lower edge of the heart. Make sixteen loose scrolls and glue them evenly along the edge of the heart. 4. Tear or cut one 12-inch medium pink quilling-paper strip and make an open heart scroll. Glue it to the center of the heart. 5. Cut six pieces of pink fiber embellishment to different lengths. Tie the pieces in a knot, and glue the knot at the base of the large open heart scroll. 6. Tear or cut six 10-inch light pink quilling-paper strips and shape them into open heart scrolls. Glue them to the ends of the fiber embellishments.
