11/23/2009 12:23:08 PM Report AbuseAfter 30 years of doing this, I have a complete system for cranking out a great Thanksgiving Dinner. I think 'do ahead' is like eating leftovers. I mean, you can make dessert ahead, and clean the house ahead - but for a great meal- it's got to be fresh. Just my opinion. Carole Rebel With a Fork
