New Year's Glam and Glitter
For the place cards, silver mesh is gathered into a bag that holds more confetti. A ribbon ties the bag closed and has both the night's greeting and the guest's name attached. For a final touch of elegance, each place setting is surrounded by a narrow white feather boa. Tuck the boas under the rim of the dinner plate so the fluffy stuff won't get in the way of dining and toasting.
