This handmade party favor includes a small personalized paper bag that's perfect for gelt or other small treats, plus a decorated dreidel. Use our downloadable pattern to make crafting the bag a snap.

• Card stock, blue and silver (for dreidel)
• Black paper
• Glue

Download, print, and cut out the patterns (see link).

To make the dreidel, cut two 3-inch squares from the blue and silver card stock and glue the wrong sides together. Cut two 1-1/2-inch squares of blue card stock and glue them to the silver square in opposite corners. Using the patterns, cut symbols from the black paper, then glue in place. Punch a hole in the center of the dreidel and insert a small silver pencil.

To make the personalized silver bag, use the bag pattern to cut the bag from silver paper; fold along the score lines; glue tab. Use the star pattern to cut a star from light blue card stock and slightly larger star in dark blue. Glue together, leaving a thin dark blue border on all sides. Set an eyelet in the top of the star the thread colorful ribbon through the hole for hanging.
