Little Witch
What's hiding under that witch's hat? A delicious cupcake decorated with your favorite candies.
To make it, follow these steps:
1. Start with frosted store-bought or homemade cupcakes.
2. Decorate a sugar cone with purchased green icing.
3. Place a chocolate cookie on top of a white frosted cupcake.
4. Stick the decorated sugar cone on top of the cookie using melted chocolate.
5. Place two mini candy-coated chocolates in the frosting for the witch's eyes.
6. Tuck the dyed coconut under the sugar cone for the witch's hair.
