White fondant is the magic potion for this ghoulish cupcake. Use various cookie cutters to make fun spooky shapes.
To make it, follow these steps:
1. Start with frosted store-bought or homemade cupcakes.
2. Roll out white fondant.
3. Use a cookie cutter to make the ghoul shape.
4. Place on top of a chocolate frosted cupcake.
5. Use chocolate frosting to make dots for eyes.
