17 Frightfully Good Halloween Cupcakes

These ghostly cupcakes are sure to be a hit. You'll be amazed by how quickly they disappear!

To make it, follow these steps:

1. Start with store-bought or homemade cupcakes, dusted with sugar.
2. Place three slices of marshmallow on top of each cupcake.
3. Place two small mint candies in between the top two marshmallow rings for eyes; use frosting to help make them stick.
4. Put a candy-coated chocolate between the bottom two rings for the mouth; use frosting to help attach the candy.
