There are no excuses for plain cupcakes at Halloween & here's a spooky treat that's as easy as 1, 2, 3.
To make it, follow these steps:
1. Start with frosted store-bought or homemade cupcakes.
2. Place two white candy-coated almonds on each cupcake for eyes.
3. Stick two pieces of puffed cocoa cereal on top of the candy-coated almonds with frosting for pupils.
