Carve a Scared Pumpkin

Use carving and crafting techniques to create a Halloween pumpkin that looks like it has seen a ghost.

How To Make It:
  1. Transfer the pattern onto the pumpkin.
  2. Using a knife or carving tool, cut out the openings.
  3. Use a gouge to cut into the teeth, cutting just deep enough to make "pearly-whites."
  4. Lightly stuff garden gloves with fiberfill.
  5. Slip a length of thin-gauge wire, bent into a circle at one end, into each finger and thumb.
  6. Tuck the gloves under the pumpkin and shape them as desired.
