Make a shocking pink skull the superstar of your centerpiece. Paint a large, foam skull with hot-pink acrylic paint. Use a black flowerpot or planter as a pedestal for your pink skull, and adorn it with ribbon and oversize rhinestones. Run an inexpensive silver chain-link strand at the base of the centerpiece.
Editor's Tip: Two or three coats of paint are usually necessary to get the solid, even finish, but the extra work will be worth it. Make sure to let paint dry completely between coats.
