Make Monster Fingers and Toes for Halloween

Disguise packaged Halloween treats with these clever cover-ups made to look like monster fingers and toes.

What You Need:

How To Make It:
  1. Wrap a roll of candy such as Life Savers, which is 3 1/2 inches long, with textured green paper or light green construction paper.
  2. Cut the fingernail pattern from olive card stock (or construction paper) and the white portion of the fingernail from vellum (or tracing paper). Use crafts glue to adhere the vellum to the olive fingernail.
  3. Hot-glue the fingernail to one end of the candy roll.
  4. Hot-glue the fingernail to one end of the candy roll.
  5. Add blood around the bottom of the candy roll using red dimensional paint.
  6. Create the toenail in the same way, using a Hershey's Nugget (or a shorter roll of candy).
  7. The finished size of the finger is 4 1/2 inches tall and the toe is 2 inches tall.
