It's fun and easy to make your own paper lace with scallop-edge scissors, a hole punch, and rows of marker-drawn dots.

What You Need:

  • Tracing paper
  • Father's Day photo
  • 12- x 12-inch archival-quality photo album page
  • Hot Off The Press Paper Pizazz items as follows: 2 sheets of Hearts & Flowers paper from the Vintage Papers booklet Yellow, white, and blue papers from the Plain Pastels booklet
  • Fiskars Scallop paper edgers
  • Pentel Milky white and blue Gel Rollers
  • McGill, Inc. 1/16-inch hole punch
  • Scotch Brand foam mounting tape

1. Bergund-Immel cut the large cherubs from a matching sheet of the background paper and adhered them over the cherubs on the background with foam mounting tape. You can achieve a similar effect using a single sheet of the background paper and an X-ACTO knife. Just cut around the areas of the cherubs that will overlap the banner and photographs. Download the banner pattern or substitute a banner die-cut.
