I think the card stock idea is wonderful! It really intrigued me how beautiful it looked! I am going to try this project next xmas. We are always looking for new ideas with the clear bulbs. I have been doiung this 10 yrs. with my kids, they love looking at the old ones from 10 yrs ago now. It is a family tradition in our home!

It always comes out different. Then we let them sit upside down until it dries. (Note: takes 2 to 3 weeks sometimes to dry fully; if you hang to soon all the paint will settle at the bottom of the ornament!) Sometimes we do them and then let them sit in the box upside down until the next xmas to hang them.
