Using rosem5's comments, I made this using 10 mm pearl beads with pearl drops and seed beads between each larger bead. Finished it with loops and a large dangle (probably 10 mm). Threaded 1/4" ribbon through the loops. Did not make a fancy bow like the one shown, but it still looks pretty.
