X marks the spot on this fun ribbon flourish. Use it to decorate cabinet doors or to add a festive look to living room windows. Stretch ribbon from corner to corner and tape or tack in place. Add a paper medallion where the ribbons cross.

This is frustrating...you haven't answered any of the comments. Any of us can find ribbon and whatever plates, but the tree is what makes it....... and we have no idea how to replicate it. If we can't make it, or purchase it, you shouldn't have featured it.
