The create-your-own gift card holders are great. I suggest adding something small that can be "opened" as well. It can be as simple as a candy bar, as personal as a favorite family recipe, or as sweet as homemade bookmarks from the kids. It doesn't take much, but I believe any gift card can be turned into a thoughtful gift. (For specific ideas: www.GiftCardGirlfriend.com)
