Upgrade Plain Purchased Christmas Ornaments with Glitter

Embellish plain purchased Christmas ornaments with double-sided tape and colorful glitter.

What You Need:
  • Purchased Christmas ornaments in rich colors
  • Double-sided tape
  • Scissors
  • Glitter in colors that contrast with chosen ornaments
  • Narrow ribbon (optional)

How to Make It:
  1. Make sure ornament is clean and dry.
  2. Use scissors to cut thin pieces of tape, squares of tape, or other geometric shapes.
  3. Carefully adhere the tape to the ornament.
  4. Peel off other side of the tape and dust with glitter.
  5. Add a ribbon for hanging.

Ohh this is a great family fun thing to do with my 4 year old. He loves to do craft projects and well needless to say I am not that "crafty" but this is something that sounds fun for both of us and will give my husband a surprise when he comes home from work.
