Polka-Dot Picture Frame

What You Need:
  • Wooden photo frame
  • Interior latex paint (2 complementing colors)
  • Rhinestones
  • Epoxy
  • Pencil

Instructions:

1. Paint a wood frame using interior latex paint; let dry.

2. Dip the end of a pencil eraser in a second latex paint color, and dot the frame with random polka dots; let dry.

3. Using a toothpick, apply epoxy to the back of rhinestones, then stick each in the middle of a polka dot.
