Clothespin Snowflake and Crafts-Stick Snowflake
Our contemporary take on classic Swedish straw ornaments combines crafts sticks or clothespins with wood rounds to create different snowflake forms.
- Six small-size doll clothespins
- Glue gun and hotmelt adhesive
- Small- and medium-size wooden circles
- 1/2-inch-diameter button plug
- Eight crafts sticks
- Glue gun and hotmelt adhesive
- Small- and medium-size wooden circles
- 1/2-inch-diameter button plug
Glue the clothespins to the medium-size wooden circle, positioning them near the outside edge. Glue the small round shape to the center front of the snowflake, then glue the button plug in the center of the round.
Overlap crafts sticks to form a snowflake shape and glue to the medium-size wooden circle. Glue the small-size wooden circle in the center of the snowflake and a button plug on top of that.
