Catch a page full of bubbles for your photo album by using computer art.

A sparkling bubble is wondrous to behold. Cut and glue small bubbles around and under the photo. Reserve four large bubbles for the title treatment. To position the title, print the word on plain paper. Use a light box -- or a sunny window -- to transfer the letters.
