Make a Goofy Group of Pumpkins

Pose your jack-o'-lanterns for a picture and they turn into a gang of real cutups. A perfect idea for not-so-perfect pumpkins, this grouping works best if you play up the flaws.

How to Make It
  1. Transfer the pumpkin patterns onto a selection of unusually shaped and scarred pumpkins, placing the patterns in ways that play up the imperfections.
  2. Using a knife or carving tools, cut out the openings.
  3. Use a gouge to create some eyes, teeth, smile lines, and wrinkles, carving just deep enough to reveal the inner rind.
